04. Management Structure

The FoodManufuture management objective is: efficient, flexible, and proactive project management with a clear distribution of responsibilities that is transparent to all beneficiaries and a clear decision structure that integrates all relevant competences. The legal and working relationships between the beneficiaries and their obligations and rights will be regulated in the Consortium Agreement (CA), based on the adjusted DESCA model contract.

The CA has been signed before the project start (AAU's Project Management Office was in charge of the CA negotiations).
